Domain Names

We provide a domain name registration service for Actinic Hosting customers, so you can use your own domain name with your Actinic online store. You can also use any domain that you have registered elsewhere.

Actinic Payments is a payment gateway for secure processing of online and offline payments for Actinic ecommerce software. Powered by CreditCall, Actinic Payments offers the highest level of functionality of any secure internet payments system compatible with Actinic products, at a highly competitive price.

Postcode Lookup

Actinic is integrated with Postcode Anywhere, an address auto-fill or “postcode look-up” facility which makes life a lot easier for you and your customers. As an Actinic customer you can also benefit from special rates from using the Postcode Anywhere service.

Support and Upgrades

Actinic Cover is an annual support and maintenance policy giving you access to the telephone technical support line and guaranteeing that your software is kept up to date with free upgrades during the subscription period.

Training

We provide a number of training courses designed to help you to get the most out of your ecommerce software and give you all the knowledge you need to build and maintain your Actinic online store.

All courses are held at our dedicated training centre at our offices in West Byfleet (near Woking), Surrey.

We can also provide on-site training at your premises or at a location of your choice.

Website Design

We do not offer a design service ourselves but you can get a bespoke design for your Actinic-built web site or purchase a design template from one of the Actinic Web Designer partners.
